Shipping policy
Shipping times are approximately 7-10 business days from receipt of payment. Our products are custom-made and manufactured in the USA. Because each order is crafted with care, processing and production times may vary, and occasional delays can occur. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
For international orders, please note that duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are determined by your local government and are beyond our control. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. All products are exempt from duties and taxes within North America (under CUSMA). All orders within the USA are sent with FedEx; all other countries' orders are sent via DHL Express.
