Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. All eligible returns are subject to a 10% processing fee per order. Terms and conditions apply.
Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in new and resellable condition, including all original components and packaging.
Returned items must not show signs of:

Scuffing or excessive wear

Dirt, stains, or pet hair

Improper care or neglect
All returns are thoroughly inspected. Items that do not meet these conditions or are deemed unsellable will not be refunded.
How to Return a Product

Contact us at orders@fitlighttraining.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Complete the RMA and include it in your return shipment, along with all original parts and packaging.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from www.fitlighttraining.com. Products purchased through third-party sellers or distributors must be returned according to their respective policies.

Shipping fees, handling charges, and taxes (e.g., customs, VAT) are non-refundable.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit.

are missing an RMA,

are incomplete, or

are not in original condition
may be rejected or returned to the sender.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
