FITLIGHT® is the original reaction training light system. We created the category in 2011, and the systems that followed are working from the design we introduced. Three things still set us apart:

A patented programmable sensor. FITLIGHT® is the only system built around a patented, programmable dual sensor — impact (touch) and proximity (motion). You choose how a light is deactivated, and at what sensitivity. Competing systems typically offer one fixed mode.

Endless programming options. Because both sensor types are adjustable and every drill parameter is configurable, there is no fixed library you are limited to. Distance, impact sensitivity, colour, sequence, duration, repetitions, delays and audio cues can be combined in effectively unlimited ways — so the system adapts to your training or rehabilitation session.

Proximity deactivation for testing. Because an athlete only has to pass a light rather than strike it, FITLIGHT® works as a speed and agility timing gate, not just a reaction target.

An optional audio tone (beep) can be enabled on any light for multi-sensory and cognitive work.

No. Our patented programmable sensor detects both impact and proximity, so you can deactivate a light by touch, by motion, or by either.

Both modes are adjustable:

• Proximity (motion): 8 settings, in 10 cm increments up to 80 cm (3.9 in to 31.5 in)
• Impact (touch): 3 settings — light, medium, hard

Four or more groups can run the same routine at the same time, and each group's data is recorded independently.

No. The FITLIGHT® App is included with your system, with no subscription, and software updates are free.

Yes. The system is designed for indoor and outdoor use, in all seasons. It has a 50-metre operating range, and the lights remain visible in nearly any lighting condition.

Yes. The system is expandable 20 FITLIGHTS®.

Yes. FITLIGHTS® resist moisture and can be used outdoors in rain or on ice. They cannot be immersed in water.

Yes the system is fully portable. The system comes complete with a carrying case (6-light or 12-light case) option allow for ease of travel for the system to be used anywhere on-the-go.

Yes. We offer a range of mounts for different surfaces, all of which attach and detach easily — see our mounting accessories.

The system lasts about 10-12 hours on a full charge (varies based on use).

Your Android or Apple device connects to the FITLIGHT® system in one of two ways — Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Neither one requires an internet connection. The lights and your device form their own private network, so the system works just as well in an arena basement or on a remote pitch as it does in a connected facility.

Why the two connections behave differently. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are separate radio technologies.

• Range. Wi-Fi carries considerably further than Bluetooth. If you're spreading lights across a full field or a large gym, Wi-Fi is what gives you the system's [50-metre] operating range. Bluetooth is best suited to setups within a closer range of your device.

We recommend to use Bluetooth for quick, close-range setups, and Wi-Fi for full-size sessions across a larger training area.

One year from the date of receipt. Battery replacement is not covered. Full terms are in our Limited Hardware Warranty.
