HOW DO REACTION TRAINING LIGHTS WORK?
Reaction training lights are wireless, programmable lights used to train the connection between what your eyes see, what your brain processes, and how fast your body responds. What Are Reaction Training Lights?
Each light in a FITLIGHT® system is a wireless, RGB LED sensor that connects to the FITLIGHT® app via WiFi or Bluetooth. The app controls which lights activate, in what sequence, at what speed, and with what sensitivity. When a light activates, the user must deactivate it — either by touching it (impact activation) or by moving close to it (proximity activation, unique to FITLIGHT®). The system records the exact time between activation and deactivation, building a precise performance picture over every session.
This is not simply a reflex game. The cognitive demand is real: the brain must detect the light, identify it, prioritize it over other active lights, decide on a movement, and execute it.
