Just by adding lights to the most basic soccer drill, passing a ball back and forth, you force yourself to train your peripheral vision, agility, explosiveness, processing speed, scanning, and decision-making.
Goalie Training
FITLIGHT® was originally invented to improve the reaction time of goalies. With using between 2-4 lights, you create many challenge drills to mimic game situations. Cognitive Drills
