Where are you currently based out of?
Can you share a little about what you do?
Throughout high school is when I started working out in the gym. I developed a passion for the mental and physical aspects of what fitness does to humans, so I became a personal trainer. I went to college to become an Occupational Therapist, where I worked with various individuals who suffered from mental and physical illnesses. After working in OT, I decided to follow my purpose and commit to personal training full time while integrating my knowledge and experience learned from being an Occupational Therapist.
I currently coach my clients privately in person and online, as well as in small group classes. I believe surrounding yourself with a community of like-minded individuals who have the same "why" is very important. This is why I am soon to be launching my new online life coaching community to help individuals transform themselves through mindset and movement.
My Certifications included: Certified personal trainer, DBC biomechanics level 1, pre/postnatal training specialist, occupational therapist, and certified life coach.

What do you do in your downtime or unwind?
I like to read, go for a run/bike ride, dance, meditate or relax at the pool/ocean. I believe everyone's mental health should be their top priority, and this is how I allow my mind to unwind and relax by prioritizing my mental health.
How did you come across FITLIGHT®, and how do you integrate it?
I also believe everyone can benefit from having a coach, and about a year ago, my coach introduced me to fitlight. I had never used anything like these lights and loved the concept of mind and body training, which I stand strongly behind. You really can't be thinking about anything else besides the present moment when incorporating FITLIGHTS.
Who is an inspiration to you?
The world is my inspiration. The more I give my knowledge, help, and experience to the world, the more I receive fulfillment, happiness, and inspiration to keep going.
What are you working on that gets you out of bed in the morning?
I am constantly working on 2 things: bettering myself and bettering others. I believe if you are not continually working on yourself mentally, spiritually, or emotionally then how can you help others? My passion is to help others transform mentally and physically. Everyone has it in them; I am here to help them discover it.
What advice do you have for people that are trying to break into the field of fitness?
Most importantly, be yourself and be open to learning. No one knows it all; the world is constantly evolving. Breaking into this industry, I recommend going toward what makes you feel happy and most alive. I am a hybrid athlete. I box, run, strength train, train for performance, functionality, former gymnast/cheerleader, etc. Never limit yourself to just "1 thing" when you're meant to be human and be functional. There are no rules to life, and we are all born with a unique gift. Discover your gift and share it with the world. Lastly, don't be afraid to be vulnerable. Being vulnerable takes strength and allows you to help others grow on a whole other level.
What's next for you? What are a few of your goals for 2022?
The possibilities are endless. I believe what you put out in the world you will receive back. If you move from a good place with good intentions, that is what you will receive. My goal is to help transform as many lives as I can mentally and physically through mindset and movement.
